2. Server log files

When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically stores technical access data: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. Log data is deleted after one hour.

3. Contact and demo requests

If you contact us by email or book a demo, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data once your request is settled and no statutory retention obligation applies.

4. Processors and third-country transfers

This website is hosted by Vercel, with its server functions running in the Frankfurt region, and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Both are bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on EU standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no browser storage for advertising or profiling. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page usage without cookies and without cross-site identifiers. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or visitor profiles. Where consent is required, we obtain it in advance and you can withdraw it at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to info@deepblick.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in our case the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden).
